PERSONAL INFORMATION CROSS-BORDER TRANSFER

CONSENT AND AUTHORIZATION AGREEMENT FOR CANDIDATES

鉴于此前您已知悉并同意我司TP候选人隐私声明，在此基础上，为评估您是否满足TP岗位的基本要求，确需向境外第三方（以下简称接收方）传输您的个人信息。为了保障您的个人信息合法权益，根据《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》第29、39条等相关规定，特制定本授权同意书。请您在同意前，仔细阅读并充分理解各条款内容。

Given that you have previously been made aware of and have agreed to the TP Candidate Privacy Notice, and in order to assess whether you meet the basic requirements for the TP position, it is necessary to transfer certain personal information to an overseas third party (hereinafter referred to as the “Recipient”). In order to safeguard your legitimate interests in relation to your personal information, this Consent and Authorization Agreement (“Agreement”) has been prepared in accordance with Articles 29 and 39 of the Personal Information Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China (“PIPL”) and other relevant provisions. Please read and fully understand each provision of this Agreement carefully before granting your consent.

1. 接收方信息Recipient Information

您的个人信息的境外接收方如下表所列。

The overseas recipients of your personal information are as set out in the table below:

2. 处理目的Purpose of Processing

接收方获取并处理您个人信息的目的为：进行语言能力测评（含发音评估与沟通能力分析）；打字能力测评；性格与认知能力测评；验证面试过程中候选人的身份真实性，以防止面试欺诈等。

The Recipients shall obtain and process your personal information for the following purposes:

(i)    Language proficiency assessment, including pronunciation evaluation and communication ability analysis;

(ii)   Typing ability assessment;

(iii)  Personality and cognitive ability assessment;

(iv)   Verification of the candidate’s identity during the interview process in order to prevent interview fraud.

3. 处理方式Method of Processing

接收方将通过以下方式处理您的个人信息：收集、存储、使用、加工、传输、提供、公开、删除等。

The Recipients shall process your personal information by way of the following activities: collection, storage, use, processing, transfer, disclosure, and deletion.

4. 个人信息种类Categories of Personal Information

本次处理涉及的个人信息种类包括：

The categories of personal information to be processed under this Agreement are as follows:

4.1 一般个人信息 General Personal Information

(i)    姓名Name;

(ii)   联系方式（电话号码、电子邮箱地址）Contact information (telephone number and email address);

(iii)  测评模块中的书面回答内容（包括语言测评、认知测评、性格测评等文字作答）Written responses in the assessment modules, including text answers to language, cognitive, and personality assessments;

(iv)   监考相关行为信号元数据（如答题时间戳、操作日志、鼠标/键盘交互行为数据等）Proctoring-related behavioural signal metadata, such as answer timestamps, operation logs, and mouse/keyboard interaction data.

4.2  敏感个人信息Sensitive Personal Information

⚠  The following information constitutes sensitive personal information as defined under the PIPL. Your explicit and separate consent is required before such information may be transferred overseas.

(i)   AI面试环节中的语音录音  Audio recordings made during the AI interview session;

(ii)   AI面试环节中的视频录像Video recordings made during the AI interview session;

(iii)  为防止面试欺诈，在面试过程中系统自动拍摄的面容图像及相关人脸特征数据Facial images automatically captured by the system during the interview process, together with the associated facial feature data, for the purpose of preventing interview fraud.

5. 安全承诺Security Commitments

TP将根据《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》（PIPL）的要求，采取安全措施设立相应的保护机制，以保障您的个人信息安全。

TP shall, in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Information Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China (PIPL), implement appropriate security measures and establish corresponding protective mechanisms to safeguard the security of your personal information.

6. 特别提示Special Reminders
7. 本授权书为独立文件，候选人应在充分理解以上内容后，自愿、明确地作出授权决定；This Agreement is a standalone document. You should grant your authorization only after you have fully read and understood all of its contents.
8. 候选人不得因拒绝签署本授权书而受到任何形式的不利对待；You shall not be subject to any adverse consequences as a result of declining to sign this Agreement.
9. 其他未列明内容，包括候选人的隐私权利等内容，以TP 候选人隐私声明为准。Any matters not addressed in this Agreement, including your privacy rights, shall be governed by the TP Candidate Privacy Notice.

DECLARATION OF CONSENT

本人已充分阅读并理解上述全部内容，知悉个人信息接收方的名称、联系方式、处理目的、处理方式和个人信息的种类等内容，并自愿给予单独同意。

I have fully read and understood all of the contents set out above. I am aware of the name and contact details of the Recipient(s), the purpose and method of processing, and the categories of personal information involved. I hereby grant my separate and voluntary consent as indicated below.

我同意将我的一般个人信息（第4.1节）跨境提供给上述接收方，并同意接收方按照上述约定处理我的个人信息。I consent to the transfer of my general personal information (as listed in Section 4.1) to the above-mentioned Recipient(s) overseas, and I agree that the Recipient(s) shall process my personal information in accordance with the terms set out in this Agreement.

我同意将我的敏感个人信息（第4.2点节）跨境提供给上述接收方，并同意接收方按照上述约定处理我的个人信息。I explicitly consent to the transfer of my sensitive personal information (as listed in Section 4.2) to the above-mentioned Recipient(s) overseas, and I agree that the Recipient(s) shall process my sensitive personal information in accordance with the terms set out in this Agreement.

注：您对敏感个人信息跨境传输的同意（第 4.2 节）必须独立于对一般个人信息的同意（第 4.1 节）单独作出。

Note: Your consent to the transfer of sensitive personal information (Section 4.2) is required to be given separately and independently from the consent relating to general personal information (Section 4.1).
