Job Description

As an Account Executive (AE) at Hallo, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying, engaging, and closing enterprise opportunities. You’ll act as a consultative partner to prospects, understanding their hiring and assessment challenges, and positioning Hallo’s AI-powered solutions as the best fit for their needs.

The AE owns the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and contract execution. Partnering closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, you will bring in new logos, expand market share, and deliver measurable impact to clients while contributing directly to Hallo’s revenue growth.

Responsibilities

1. Prospecting & Pipeline Development

  • Identify, research, and engage prospective enterprise accounts across target industries.

  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships.

  • Qualify leads effectively to ensure strong fit with Hallo’s solutions.

2. Sales Execution & Closing

  • Own the full sales cycle, from discovery to negotiation and deal closure.

  • Conduct compelling product demos and presentations tailored to client needs.

  • Create business cases and ROI models to influence executive decision-makers.

  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

3. Account Strategy & Collaboration

  • Partner with Account Managers and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoff and long-term client success.

  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Support to align client requirements with Hallo’s roadmap.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging client needs.

4. Revenue Growth & Market Expansion

  • Drive expansion into new markets and industries by evangelizing Hallo’s value proposition.

  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies with insights from client interactions.

  • Represent Hallo at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

 

You’ll thrive in this role if you

  • Have 3+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or a similar role within SaaS or HR Tech.
  • Have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing large, complex deals.
  • Bring experience selling into Global 1000 or multinational organizations.
  • Are fluent in English and at least one other language, enabling you to engage effectively in international markets.
  • Possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excel at consultative selling, building business cases, and influencing senior executives.
  • Are self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Have a collaborative, team-first mindset with the ability to partner closely with cross-functional teams.
