As an Account Executive (AE) at Hallo, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying, engaging, and closing enterprise opportunities. You’ll act as a consultative partner to prospects, understanding their hiring and assessment challenges, and positioning Hallo’s AI-powered solutions as the best fit for their needs.
The AE owns the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and contract execution. Partnering closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, you will bring in new logos, expand market share, and deliver measurable impact to clients while contributing directly to Hallo’s revenue growth.

Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging client needs.
4. Revenue Growth & Market Expansion
Drive expansion into new markets and industries by evangelizing Hallo’s value proposition.
Contribute to go-to-market strategies with insights from client interactions.
Represent Hallo at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
