Job Description

As an Account Manager (AM), you will serve as a trusted partner for Hallo’s enterprise and high-value clients, ensuring they realize maximum value from our platform. This role focuses on strengthening strategic relationships, driving adoption and retention, and creating meaningful opportunities for growth across accounts.

The AM works closely with clients to understand their priorities, align Hallo’s solutions with their business objectives, and deliver measurable outcomes. Acting as the primary relationship owner, you will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure long-term success and satisfaction for every client.

Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship & Strategy

  • Own and manage strategic account relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.

  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs, business models, and goals to align Hallo’s solutions.

  • Conduct regular account reviews with executive sponsors and key stakeholders.

2. Adoption, Retention & Growth

  • Drive adoption of Hallo products and services across client organizations.

  • Proactively identify risks within accounts and implement retention strategies.

  • Partner with Sales to identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

  • Ensure clients see clear ROI and ongoing value through data-driven insights.

3. Account Planning & Execution

  • Build and execute account plans with measurable objectives and growth strategies.

  • Forecast account performance and revenue potential with accuracy.

  • Negotiate renewals and support commercial discussions with key decision-makers.

4. Collaboration & Advocacy

  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for product enhancements and process improvements.
  • Share client feedback and insights with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to shape Hallo’s roadmap.
  • Contribute to the refinement of account management playbooks, tools, and best practices.

 

You’ll thrive in this role if you

  • Have 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Enterprise Sales, preferably in SaaS or HR Tech.

  • Bring 2+ years of experience managing strategic relationships with large, global enterprises (ideally Global 1000).

  • Are fluent in English and at least one other language, enabling you to work effectively with international clients.

  • Have a proven record of meeting retention and growth targets within complex accounts.

  • Excel at building trusted, long-term partnerships with executives and decision-makers.

  • Possess strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and business-case storytelling ability.

  • Are adept at balancing strategic vision with tactical execution across multiple initiatives.

  • Demonstrate adaptability, resilience, and a collaborative mindset with a passion for client success.
